Every opening starts with a consultation

Hotel Opening Consultant
for Independent and Boutique Properties

You are about to open a hotel. Who on your team has done that before?

The contractor has a schedule. The business does not.

The hands-on opening or reopening engagement. Brand and budget to first guest, ten phases in the right order, on site nationwide, run by an operator who has opened eight hotels from concept to ribbon-cutting and repositioned four more. Every Launch starts with a Plan. Quoted per project.

The brief for the city, the $786,500 improvements program and the $585,000 labor budget, from the delivered Plan.

Ten phases, on site nationwide, run by an operator who has opened eight hotels from concept to ribbon-cutting.

III·What the opening engagement covers

Concept to ribbon-cutting.
One operator, not a committee.

Eight hotels opened from scratch, four more repositioned after renovation or ownership transitions. This is the work I love most, and where the difference between an operator and a consultant is most visible.

◆Concept, positioning, and brand identity direction
◆Pre-opening budget and year-one pro forma
◆Tech stack selection and full integration
◆Sales, distribution, and OTA build
◆Hiring plan, org chart, and training program
◆SOPs and service standards
◆Marketing launch: PR, influencer, paid media, website
◆Soft opening management and the handoff to daily revenue management
IV·How it starts

Three steps. No pitch deck.

01

A 15-minute consultation

You pick the time. We cover the property, the timeline, and what stage the project is at: concept, under construction, or close to opening. If it is not a fit, I will say so.

02

The Modern Hotel Plan

Flat, priced up front: the demand, the math and the value, so the Launch is built on numbers that hold. Every Launch starts with a Plan.

8 hotels opened from concept to ribbon-cutting, 4 more repositioned after renovation or ownership transitions.

03

The Modern Hotel Launch, quoted per project

Brand and budget to first guest, ten phases, on site nationwide, run by the operator who will be in the building when it happens. Daily revenue management picks up once you are open.

V·After you open

The revenue work
does not stop at the ribbon.

Once the hotel is open, the daily pricing, the booking sites and the group inquiries hand off to daily revenue management, so the revenue function is there from the first guest. One flat monthly fee, nothing on commission, one full cycle to start and then month to month. You keep every login and every export.

VI·Who does the work

Adam Ramirez.
Operator first.

Adam has spent 10+ years opening, repositioning and running independent and boutique hotels, many of them in Palm Springs, and still prices hotels every morning. Ramirez Hospitality Group is how an owner gets that work without hiring for it.

The method is the product and it lives in your own accounts: every rate plan, rule and piece of data belongs to you. A second contact is named on every account. If you wanted to take it over tomorrow, you could.

The track record
  • ·8 hotels opened from concept to ribbon-cutting
  • ·4 properties repositioned after renovation or ownership transition
  • ·50+ independent and boutique hospitality properties worked with
  • ·$10M+ in annual hotel revenue managed
  • ·6 funded feasibility projects with full pro formas
VI.b·Learn by playing

See the ten phases. Play them in five minutes.

You bought a hotel and it opens in 90 days. Pick your guest, build, set up your systems, hire, market and cut the ribbon. Every choice costs money and days. At the end you see your hotel set up, and what each skipped phase cost.

A learning tool, not a toy. Free, no sign-up. The same ten phases an opening engagement runs, in the same order.

VII·Owner questions

What owners ask before opening.

I have a general manager for that.+

A general manager runs a hotel that exists. An opening is a different job. It hands the building to the manager at the end; the revenue partner stays.

What does the Launch cost?+

Quoted per project after the Plan, because scope moves with the property. The Plan is a flat fee, priced up front.

We are repositioning an open property.+

The reset is the same discipline, compressed. Four of the hotels on the track record were repositioned this way.

VIII·Next step

Tell me about
the project.

Five fields, then pick a time for a 15-minute consultation.

Book an Opening Consultation

Fifteen minutes on the stage, the budget and the date. If a Launch is not the right size for the project, I will say so.

Text consent is optional. The Launch is quoted per project after the Plan.
